Where/how do I add external tools to my blog?

  I want to import [http://skipthepie.org/get-nutrition-search-widget/] tool to my blog [http://lotechfoodblog.wordpress.com/]. Where do I paste the code provided by the site? How do I get to that page/control/or whatever it is. This seems to be a carefully un-addressed question.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  1) That is forum code, not HTML.

  2) If they give you actual HTML, you put widget code in a text widget in your sidebar or footer.

  Thank you for replying.
  1] I have no knowledge of codes — changing, adding, etc. or where exactly such operations would be done. Do I ask the ‘skipthepie’ site for real HTML?? Their says to paste the code ‘as is’.
  2] I have used the widget page to set up WP-provided widgets. Do I
  paste it where it asks for the title of a widget I want to add?
  I understand that these are most likely really infantile questions, so thanks again for the help….
