Wherer is my refund?

    Dear reader,

    on June 19th I bought a plan on your website. Later on, I terminated the plan due to personal reasons. I would like to know how long is it going to take for me to receive my refund. It shows

    DESCRIPTION AMOUNT
    Total: €-48.00
    WordPress.com Personal(refund)
    Annual subscription’

    Does this mean that I will be refunded my canceled subscription next year?

    Hi Josie,

    The refund has been already processed, you should be able to see it in your bank statement.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead – make sure that this was not the case here.
