Where's my blog?!
-
When I go to my blog it says it can’t find the server
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there – Last year, you mapped the domain erinemhatton.com to your blog, but that domain has since expired with your registrar (Register.com) and is now in the redemption period. Please contact your registrar as soon as possible to see if you can get the domain back.
I have removed the mapping for now, so your blog is visible at its original site address: http://erinemhatton.wordpress.com/

I allowed the domain to expire with weekly.com, but I still have the domain through wordpress. Is that not enough?
-
If I look at my domains through wordpress, it says erinemhatton.com is active and will renew on Jan. 7

Hi there – That’s the mapping upgrade, which is merely the upgrade that “attaches” a domain registered elsewhere to your WordPress.com blog. It is separate from domain registration. Your domain is still in redemption with your current registrar.
Redemption is a process that takes anywhere from 60-90 days, and during redemption, a domain can be sold at auction. So it’s very important that you contact your registrar and see if they can restore the domain for you. Once it’s restored, you can map it here to WordPress.com again.

It says someone already owns it. That’s me. I bought it through wordpress. Not just mapping. I bought the domain. Now suddenly it says I don’t have it here.

Hi there – I know this is confusing, but you didn’t purchase it through us. You purchased only mapping from us. You can see here who the domain is owned with:
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/registry-data.jsp?domain=erinemhatton.comIt says Registrar: REGISTER.COM, INC and Status: redemptionPeriod
You’ll need to contact Register.com here and see if they can restore the domain from redemption for you:
http://www.register.com/index.rcmx?ab=trueI hope this clears things up!
