where’s my css upgrade?

  i payed for it today through paypal and i have the receipt, but i have zero capability when it comes to css. can somebody help me out?

  FWIW the css customization upgrade is not recommended to those who have no css editing experience and staff do not provide support for learning css. Hopefully, you will be hiring a web developer to help you. http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/10/18/about-the-custom-css-upgrade/
