Where’s my domain now?

    Hi, I purchased a domain on May 9th, 2018. I have the receipt in my email and a transaction ID. It is no where to be found. Could we possibly see the history and see if it was in fact deleted by my previous web developer?

    This account is only 2 hours old and has no wordpress.com website connected to it. So what is the domain you are looking for?

    Could you verify that you bought the domain from WordPress.com (via purchasing one the paid plans)

    or

    have you bought the domain from a separate hosting company (for example, Bluehost)

    You mentioned that you have the receipt of the purchase in your mail along with transaction id. So, you can find the details in the receipt.

    If you have bought the domain from a separate company, then you need to contact them for the details.

    If you made the purchase at WordPress.com then contact the WordPress.com support staffs with all the details of your receipt and transactions. They will guide you as to what to do next.
