I keep getting emails saying my domain is about to expire. However, when I click on the link, there’s nothing there. No history of purchase. Nothing.

Hi Eddentzel. According to what I can see on the online ‘whois’ feature your domain expires tomorrow. The domain is maintained by a company called https://www.wildwestdomains.com. Their 24/7 contact number is (480) 624-2500. I’m sure they will be able to help you with renewing your domain.

The domain you are trying to renew was bought by a different username account, edwarddentzel. You will need to be logged in as that username in order to renew the domain or make any other changes, as only the account that owns an upgrade can manage that upgrade.
