we cant use plugins on wordpress.COM blogs. If you have a wordpress.ORG blog then you’re in the wrong forum.

Plugins work with self-hosted blogs using the wordpress software. If you aren’t aware of the difference between .ORG and .COM, you can see the sticky post at the top of the main forum page: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1 .

Buy a domain name, hire a webhost, download and install the software from wordpress.ORG onto the webhost, export your stuff from here and import it into the new blog.
Figure on an average cost of $10-20 per month (including domain registration and webhosting).
And be prepared to do all the troubleshooting if something goes wrong, and all the upgrades, backups and maintenance. You will also have to upload and upgrade any plugins you install as well as the themes you decide to use. And if you mess something up, you will have to fix it. If you install some bad javascript or flash and it allows someone to compromise your blog, you will have to deal with that as well.

Oh, and that $10 to 20 per month can go up drastically if you get a lot of hits because bandwidth costs money. If you go over your bandwidth limit a week and a half into the month and do not pay for more bandwidth, then your blog will be down until the start of the next month. Costs could go up to $50 or higher per month if you get a lot of hits. $10 will get you about 10,000 per month maximum hits.
