Please continue in this thread as this is a forum not Livechat. What domain address did you register along with a Premium plan? Did you perhaps create it under a different account? Have you more than one email address?
There is a .com URL similar to sundawebdesign.wordpress.com registered with Name in March of this year. Is that the domain you wished to connect to a site here?

Hey thanks for reaching out magicrobot I appreciate it! I own two personal emails, one is associated with my paypal and one is my general.
Last night I signed into my general account last night and purchased premium using my other email associated with paypal. I continued to work on my website, save, etc.
This morning as I log in, its like my account reverted back to before? I have a confirmation email from PAYPAL that it was processed and my bank reflects. I have no confirmation email from WP in either of my emails. -
WordPress.com emails sometimes end up in spam or social folders so best to check every folder to see if you can find the reply email. This thread has been tagged for staff. They can check if the payment went through but if you do have another account it would speed things up if you could reveal it here.

All folders confirmed to be checked and no confirmation from WP.
I find it hard to believe that they would allow me to process a payment without connecting it to an email. I don’t want to give my emails on a public forum so I guess I will just have to wait for staff instead of having that direct chat feature I should have with my paid premium. -
