Where;s My Premium Account?

    Aug. 4, 2017 WORDPRESS [redacted] HTTPSWORDPRESCA 129.00
    My Visa shows this payment but my account shows ‘free’ not Premium. I have too many sites…..Just want to find my premium site so I can build my blog

    premium is only for the site which was selected during purchase. Not all sites will be consider as premium. Like mine I have many site but bough business plan for my blog [link removed-no link dropping in the forums].

    Hi, @terryt360,

    To see which site you upgraded, you can see the plan each site is on by visiting My Sites, choose the Site you wish to check and then see what is to the right of Plan. It will say, Free or Premium there.

    Hi there,

    You have no upgrades in the account you’re using to post here, so the site in question most likely belongs to a different username account. If you have any other username account(s), please log in there and check if you see the upgrade on the Purchases page. Then please comment here as the correct username and I’d be happy to process the refund for you.

    I cannot find any purchases page for the original site….When I login here at my original terrytmtsite I see no “purchases” page…but my profile shows the changes I made because I wanted a different name….terryt360… awful…confusing…I want a single site with the features I can use…….sometimes I have seen “premium” on the terryt360 site….I actually have three sites now….callterry is another stupid name..ugh! so much wasted time…you can reach me at 416-923-9082 to lead me through the hidden stuff to get teh “purchases” page for the terrytmtsite……

    this is a cut and paste from my VISA account……I paid 129.00 on August 4th for a Premium account for terrytmtsite but do not have this premium and have struggled for three weeks….. and I want my money back PLEASE!!! I cannot reach a support person and your site has no receipt for me…..This is terrible…

    This is a public forum. Please don’t post personal information like a transaction ID here, as that information can be used by anyone to gain access to your account.

    You are logged in as the username, terryt360

    The site you bought the plan for belongs to the username, terrytmt

    Please log out of this account and clear your browser cache and cookies. Then log back in and make sure to type the username, terrytmt, on the login screen.

    Once you’re logged into that account you’ll have access to the site, https://terrytmtsite.wordpress.com/, you’ll see your Premium Plan on the Purchases page, and you’ll have access to live chat support to help you set up your site.

    On the other hand, if you’re sure you want to rather cancel and refund the plan, please confirm and I can take care of it for you.
