Where's my refund?

I purchased a premium theme, Photographer, and the ability to customize its design on August 10, 2013. There were problems with the theme construction and I requested a refund (theme: $69 / custom design: $30) on August 31. I received only the $30 refund.
What is the status of the $69 refund?

Hi there – I see two different refunds on your account – one for $99.00 (which is the combined cost of your $30.00 No Ads upgrade and your $69.00 premium theme) and one for $30.00 (which is the cost of your Custom Design upgrade). It typically takes around a week for refunds to show up on your statement.

Thank you for the speedy response. I’m glad to hear the refund has been processed. Thanks for that. I’ll get back in touch if I don’t receive the refund in a week or so.
The two problems I had with the theme were significant and, had those not been an issue, I would be staying with WP. Maybe more attention should go toward making sure the themes work right. I ended up paying my tech guy to go into the coding, contact the designer and get back on how I could work around the theme’s deficiencies; not costs I’d anticipated when I signed up with WordPress.

In the last two weeks, since we last communicated, there has been no refund processed through Paypal. Can you please check the status and, if necessary, contact a supervisor to approve the $99 refund without a delay?
