Where’s my refund?

    Hello, I asked for a refund after trying-out WordPress for a brief period. The refund was approved and appears on my WordPress account page. However, after almost 30 days, my refund still does not appear in my bank account. In short, my refund is not complete. Can you please tell me what the status of my refund is?

    The refund was sent December 8, the same date of the purchase.

    When that happens, credit card providers typically process it as a reversal, meaning the original charge would have simply been removed. Would you please check that?
