Where's my website? All I see is white!
-
I checked my website today and my website seems to have vanished! When I type in my domain: http://www.hollyweinstein.com and http://www.hollyweinstein.wordpress.com, all I get is a blank white screen. The last thing that I did was publish a post on Feb. 10 and I was able to see my website then. I’m guessing that it disappeared around the weekend. I don’t have the site created in folders on my computer, I just use the simple wordpress interface on the internet. (I don’t know much about website creation) I can log in and see my dashboard, and when I go to posts, pages, and media everything is still there, but if I want to preview the site or click any botton, I get a white screen.
I also just purchased more space to see if that was the problem, but alas, I still have no site. Please help!
Thanks,
Holly

You had a domain redirect loop going on.
This is because you’ve mapped that domain to your blog, but later changed it’s nameservers and redirected them back to GoDaddy
Then you activated some sort of masking on GoDaddy.
What was happening is that you were going to hollyweinstein.com, and the GoDaddy masking was trying to show you http://hollyweinstein.wordpress.com/ instead.
But WordPress.com was redirecting http://hollyweinstein.wordpress.com/ to http://hollyweinstein.com because of the domain mapping and that was creating an infinite loop.
As a temporary fix I changed your primary domain address to http://hollyweinstein.wordpress.com/
I recommend that you update your domain name nameservers (dns) at GoDaddy back, as explained here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/Then you can re-enable the proper primary address for your site at Settings->Domains in your WordPress.com site dashboard.
Since your email is setup @hollyweinstein.com you’ll want to edit your custom dns settings as soon as the domain DNS has been updated.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/For reference, here are the settings you’ll want to enter into the DNS editing window (once the domain has been mapped) to insure an uninterrupted email service:
MX 0 smtp.secureserver.net.
MX 10 mailstore1.secureserver.net.
CNAME mail pop.secureserver.net.
CNAME smtp smtp.secureserver.net.
CNAME pop pop.secureserver.net.Let us know if you need any additional assistance with this.
