Where's the add new theme button

  I’m trying to install a theme I’ve purchased from themeforest, and all help files tell me to go to the admin area > Appearance > Themes > Add New

  But from what I see, there is no add new buttons? Where is it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
