Where’s the administrator control button gone and why i have to break up my import files into millions of pieces, am i supposed to upload every single bit singularly and why are some of the personal manipulating my posts, i change my password regularly?

I was specifically looking for the blogrolllinkentries in wp-admin!
I am importing old wp exports from my original site but with changed wp domainnames!
I am suspicious because when i previously uploaded exports from my site and it still worked there was a person as contributer marked which i never invited and who i don’t know, other then the person i know i invited!

What was the URL of the old site? If it’s still online, you can just change it without export/import: https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

If you include a domain registration with your plan, auto-renew is attempted a month earlier, so there’s enough time to deal with any problems (like an expired or declined card) without losing the domain.
The term is officially still from May 28 to May 28 the following year.

If you’re importing between WordPress sites, the media exporter is not needed. You’ll only need the standard import file, and all attached media will automatically be transferred over.
now even the wp.com url doesn’t work!
The only WordPress.com site under your account is https://slowtemplelovecozmicpurplehealing.wordpress.com which is online, publicly accessible, and functioning properly.

my dear staff-blorbo i will try to change the urlnames while importing. thank you but i can’t acces my homepage it says domain is parked maybe because i cancelled the bought non wp domain! Can you help!

i exported some content exports while the wp domain had another name, meanwhile i changed the wp domain but can’t import the old wp name domain exports it says multiple imports not possible or something to that extent.
How can i fix this problem my dear!

Once you change the “example” part of example.wordpress.com, the old address will stop working. Visitors will not be redirected to your new site address. The old address will not be available for use again.

The site address shouldn’t affect the import itself. As I understand, you’re trying to import an XML file from an old WordPress.com site to a new one, is that right?
Could you share the exact steps you’re taking together with a screenshot of the error you see? You can upload the image to your media library or use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.Visitors will not be redirected to your new site address. The old address will not be available for use again.
Right, this is what will happen if you change the free subdomain to a different one.

I klick on tools then import them select the wordpress importer then i klick un upload and try to import a zip file when it says upload zipfile or similar the following error message appears:
Simultaneous imports are not permitted.

Thanks for confirming! I’ve cancelled any existing imports that were running. Note that this won’t remove any data that may have been imported already.
I hope that helps! Let us know if you still have trouble after running your imports one at a time.

Could you please again cancel any existing running imports, because i started an import and it halted for about an hour or slowed down then i went to sleep and someone shut down my pc by remotebackdoor! So now i’m not sure if i can again import files!
