Where's the domain I purchased? Why are the support contact forms not loading?

Just prepaid for an annual personal blog package that included a specific domain (I thought) but the only domain showing up in my dashboard has ‘wordpress.com’ on the end of it. That is not what I want, nor what I ordered. There is no way to contact support from my dashboard, as the contact support feature does not load. The specific domain is not showing up, only the freebie domain name with wordpress.com on the end.

How do I contact support from the dashboard when the contact forms do not load?

Ok. Just changed the primary website to the ‘mydomain’ so that should work.

Hi @spotteddogpress, head to http://wordpress.com/help/contact – if it’s not loading can you get a screenshot and upload it to your media library, then update us here?
