Where’s the function to add a link to twitter?

I’m not talking about the widget. There was a function where you could add links for facebook, twitter, etc. I can’t find it anymore :(

Please link your username to your wordpress.com blog. Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ and fill in the the complete URL for your wordpress.com blog starting with http:// and then save changes.
If that’s not your preference then please post the complete URL for the blog in question every time you post to this forum starting with http://
