Where's the live chat or email support links?

    I keep being turned around in circles trying to access live chat or a support email. I have a paid account I’m trying to cancel, just set it up last night. Anyone know how to contact these people? This is bizarre.

    We have 24 hour live chat support Monday – Friday that you can access when signed in to this account at wordpress.com/me/account/

    Is it possible you were signed in to a different account?

    Your upgrades can be managed at wordpress.com/me/purchases/ Canceling them will trigger an automatic refund that should reach you within ten days.

    That said, I see that you’ve already cancelled WordPress.com Premium for treatmassage.com and we’ve issued a $99 refund for this. Is there anything else I can help out with?

    Thank you so much! I was logged in, but didn’t receive any confirmation of the refund or cancellation (I think the email address was the problem).

    Should I just ignore this account until it disappears, or can I delete it?

    The account isn’t going to disappear without intervention from you. Here are the steps to deactivate it if you wish: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

    I recommend that you hold off on this until you have received your refund and that you are certain this is the best option. You will not be able to restore the account in the future.
