where's the setting to change the tag attached to blog's title?

  I can never remember where you have to go to change the description in the tag that describes your title. Can you help? (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change your blog title and tagline at any time on this page > Settings > General. :)

  P.S. We Volunteers do not provide support by email. That would defeat the purpose of this forum which is for the sharing of information with the whole WordPress.com community.
