Where's the Support?

    WordPress has to have the worse support in the world of any business!!!

    Really, I need security help, and they are “out to lunch for 10 days” “sorry, cannot help.”

    Did not respond to my email to their security department earlier today.

    Again, this is not customer support!!!

    To clear up any confusion Self-hosted WordPress sites running the WordPress software found at WordPress.org is not the same as the sites we host here on WordPress.com.

    I have reviewed your ticket submitted earlier and see you were given a response. Our records show your site is a self-hosted WordPress site. For help with these sites contact your own or the greater WordPress community at:
    https://wordpress.org/support

    For the sites we host on WordPress.com we provide live chat and email support for users who have bought a plan. The one exception is during our yearly company-wide gathering where we focus on providing a better product for WordPress.com users.
