where’s the theme editor??

  i cannot find the theme editor in this new interface…

  There is no theme editor at wordpress.COM. We cannot edit themes at wordpress.COM. We can edit the CSS of the existing themes here if we have the paid CSS upgrade but it is only recommended for those that have experience with CSS. There is no official support.
