Where's the Transaction ID when transferring domain?

    I’m trying to transfer my domain from wordpress.com to godaddy. The latter asks for a transaction ID and a security code. The security code gets to my email, but I can’t find the Transaction ID!
    I get this email:

    =============================================
    DOMAIN INFORMATION YOU REQUESTED
    =============================================

    The authorization information you requested is as follows:

    Domain Name: WEBSITE.COM

    Authorization Info: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

    In accordance with auDA policies, we are providing to you a domain name password (authorization info).
    This password (authorization info) will be required in the event that you decide to transfer this domain;
    and it may be required to authenticate our communications with you (for instance, if you wish to update
    your contact information or change your nameserver information).

    Regards,

    Hi Angelo,

    You should just need your Authorization Info as explained here:

    Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

    Are you running into a roadblock at GoDaddy?

    GoDaddy asks for an Authorization Info and a Transaction ID.

    Hi Angelo,

    It looks like the transaction ID is actually provided by GoDaddy according to their instructions here (under step #4):
