Where’s the twitter button?

Today the front page announced a new twitter button. I followed the link, did as instructed to enable the button and can’t find it anywhere. And by the way, why put the like button on the comment page? why not under the blog itself? Extra steps means people don’t bother.

You can find the twitter button on the single post page… As for the like button if you look at it with this aspect the like button is on the single post page (Comment Page) because the reader is liking the article (Post) instead of the whole general blog… -
What’s a ‘single post page”? I went through the steps to add a twitter button to my blog – and tried this several times – but no button showed up where I was looking for it – on the current homepage of my blog, http://monamifood.wordpress.com. Where is it?

Click a title of one of your posts.
Scroll down, and above the comments is the button. -
