Where’s the Upgrade Link? Domain Mapping, etc.

  I just registered for a new WordPress blog and want to upgrade to get the Domain Mapping functionality and more storage, but cannot find the link in my dashboard page when I click on the Upgrades link… all I see is a page with “Gifts”. Any help???
