Whether The Action Bar On Right-Bottom Is Compulsory Or Not

    Recently a square button called Action Bar has been standing-by on right-bottom of my website automatically…
    Is it a compulsory feature of WordPress like Footer Credits as one of the Terms Of Service; or else?

    And if not, I will subsequently hide that bar with the following one:

    div#actionbar {
    display: none;
    }

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Well, I’ve just searched, read and understood the facts in a related/official article here:

    Actually there is an option to hide the Follow Button on right-bottom for logged-out readers in the settings but currently there isn’t one for three-dotted-box of the Action Bar as I can see…

    Then I will consider and probably prefer to cover it with the CSS rule above manually…
