  I’m searching for an app that will allow me to create a site where other people will be able to sell, buy and adopt their pets without any commission for me

  You mean something similar to classifieds (or Craigslist) where folks can sign on, create their own listings and sell their own items?

  We do not offer this functionality by default on WordPress.com but you can upgrade to our Business Plan, which will allow you to upload a “plugin” that will enable that functionality on your site: https://wordpress.com/plugins/?s=classified
