Which Askimet License (Billing)

    I manage several websites, and at some point I got an Askimet license for one of my clients, and used my credit card. That’s not the problem – I just need to know who I need to bill and my records are incomplete. How do I get in touch with a real person at WP.com who can tell me which site has the license?

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any sites connected to the account you’re using here. We’re only able to help with WordPress.com sites in this forum. Akismet is only used with self-hosted WordPress sites. Additionally, helping you with this will require information that can’t be posted in the public forums.

    The support staff there should be able to help you with your query if you provide them with the API key for your licence or with transaction info from when you bought the license. Please don’t post your API key in any public forum.
