Which Blog service do you prefer?

I’m recently getting into Blogging, and I was wondering – which is the best blog provider? I came here because a friend of mine told me WordPress was pretty good – but I’ve seen other places like Blogspot. Are there any others? and do you guys prefer one over the other or all?

Blogspots pretty good i won’t lie WordPress seems easy, and its cool it looks like a website… but when you really want to start doing stuff… if your like me, you might not know how. With other places, i’v found i can put in, and do what i want easier, without having to ask specifically for the help i need everytime. With WordPress, it seems there’s always a snag and an extra step or two to complete and alot of instruction following to do what can be done else where, where it’s easier. I’m sure alot of people feel that way, who aren’t code inclined, but we stay for a reason.

A fresh wordpress.COM blog by comparison with just the hello world post will pass the XHTML validation 100%.

interesting… i switched from blogspot to wordpress myself. i deleted my blogspot and those posts still show up when searched on google.. i duno why. that explains alot though… because at first i imported my blogspot blog to here, and basically every single post from there was just F@#Ked when viewed from here. i started over without a care in the world.
