Which charset and collate are defined in the wp-config.php ?

  Hi,
  Since most of configuration constants are externalized from the wordpress installation, I would like to know wich values for DB_CHARSET and DB_COLLATE are set by default by wordpress.com ? Can I find these values by myself ? I have encoding issues on the website,

  Ok, i finally found it is
  charset latin1
  collate latin1_swedish_ci
