Which code editor do you use ?

WordPress code editor while writing article drafts, doesnt have all the features. I have to cut copy paste using other editors.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We use an editor called Calypso. If you prefer something a little different you might try the wp-admin function. This can be accessed by going to endalltyranny.wordpress.com/wp-admin

I’m stuck. I have the tinyMCE and TinyMCE advanced as plugins but the visual editor doesn’t show up when I’m adding content???
I have a screenshot but couldnt figure out how to add it here -
