  It actually depends on which plan you choose. If you select the Personal or Premium Plan, you will have ganesh403.wordpress.com as the subdomain. If you choose the Business or eCommerce Plans, it will start off as ganesh403.wordpress.com but will turn to ganesh403.wpcomstaging.com once you begin installing plugins and custom themes.

  However, each plan includes a custom domain subscription in the first year. So, even though you will always have your .wordpresss.com/.wpcomstaging.com subdomain, as long as you have a custom domain, that is what visitors will see when visiting your site.
