which framework is the best in my situation?

    hello,
    I have learned a little php,CSS,html and I know already about wordpress.
    I build my website a year ago and I maintain it myself.
    now my question is I want to build professional responsive websites for small bussineses and smal workshops in the feature . so I see to develop my own theme wil take some time ,which I wil do but now to start building websites in 2 months professionally which framework I have to choose ?
    I see genesis ,woocommerce, boodttrap,Thysis ect .(but I see also I have to learn bootstrap).
    which one I have to choose to make fast responsive websites and workshops quikly and in most easy way to learn it .
    I want to use as much as possible simple free example themes , so I don’t want to be depended on framworks themes
