Hello there,
In both cases, It will give you a site on WordPress.com with a custom address.
With domain transfer to WordPress.com, you can manage everything from one place, including your payments. Each domain comes with an SSL certificate which is a big relief in terms of security.
Please note that if you plan to move to WordPress.com, your domain transfer is free with one of the paid plans with the addition of a free year of registration.
https://wordpress.com/support/domain-connection-vs-domain-transferWith Connect your domain to WordPress.com, If you manage several domains through one company, and intend to keep them all together in one place then it makes sense to just “connect” the domain to the WordPress.com site.

Is it mean that If I choose “transfer your domain” option, everything will be move to that domain instead of wordpress? Therefore all my content that has been on wordpress will be move to the another domain that I have?
If I choose “connect your domain” I am able to login to wordpress and the domain that I have?

Hi,
Moving your domain registration, or setting up your WordPress.com site with a domain you have registered elsewhere has nothing to do with moving your site data.
Where is your existing website? Is it hosted on WordPress.com?
