  I own a domain .com acquired by wordpress and would like to know where my ftp access, user and password. thank you!

  Is this the domain in question http://laisregina.com.br/?

  If so, your site is hosted on WordPress.COM and therefore does not include FTP access. Here’s more info: http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
