  At wordpress.com or with the self-hosted version at wordpress.org?

  But if you’re here at Wp.com, 1-5, 6 with a service, 7-10, but not 11.

  All of the above if you hosted Wp yourself or with a hosting service.

  When did they get post-by-email (#8) working? The FAQ claims it isn’t and I haven’t seen a news post announcing it as a new feature.
