Which orders are paid?

I learned too late about the 6-day deadline for marking orders ‘completed’, so we filled several dozen orders for which we were not paid. My question is, how can I find out which were paid and which were not? We only have one product so everybody bought the same thing for the same price.

Of which deadline are you speaking? And which orders? The account you’re using to post here only owns a free WordPress.com site, http://philadelphiashakespearepress.wordpress.com/, and has never bought anything from us. Your site is completely empty.
If you’re referring to an ecommerce site you are hosting with another provider, please contact support for that ecommerce service directly. We can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com in this forum.

I didn’t type “The blog I need help with is philadelphiashakespearepress.wordpress.com.” That must have been added automatically. I think that must be a relic of when we first created our WordPress account.

It sounds like you’re using WooCommerce and possibly using some kind of extension or modification for automated order management, correct? Have you tried reaching out to the extension authors?
