Like ALL the packages ALL the features, BUT I also need FTP access to upload my custom artwork. I read FTP access not available for blogs, but for a website???

There is no FTP access at WordPress.com regardless of plan. Couldn’t you upload your artwork to your new site as jpg or png images?

thanx for verifying that there is NO ftp access. I did not know I could just upload my pngs to my website – I will try that. Thanx much.
