Hi @tiffineyholmes2014 from what I can see you do not have any WordPress.com sites.
To clarify, you do have a WordPress site with Siteground (welcomehomeministry.com) who is another provider of WordPress sites. The reason you have a WordPress.com account (but don’t actually have a site with us) is because you added the Jetpack plugin to your site, which requires a WordPress.com account.
Because of this, it’s not possible to purchase a WordPress.com Upgrade Plan, as that only applies to sites we host on our servers directly. However, while most of Jetpack’s services are free and we also offer paid subscriptions that provide additional services like security, backups, anti-spam, video hosting, SEO tools, and site monetization: https://jetpack.com/features/comparison/
Out of curiosity, what is prompting you to upgrade? Is there something specific you are looking to add to your Siteground site? Happy to take a closer look!

Hi Jerry, thank you for your very prompt and informative response. I’m not looking to upgrade. I’m looking to see how much it costs me to maintain my website annually. Checking to see what I pay for my WordPress.com site was a part of that. However, you’ve come to help me understand the truth of the matter.
Thank you!

Hi Tiffiney

Okay, in that case, you’ll want to contact Siteground support/log into your account with them to see what you pay them in domain and hosting fees each month/year.
It looks like you are also using some plugins that do have premium versions, though we have no way of seeing from our end whether you’re using the free or premium version of any plugin. You’d need to check your credit card statement to see if you’ve paid for any plugins on your site, and reach out to the companies making those plugins directly to find out if it’s an ongoing subscription and what that costs.
On our end on WordPress.com/Jetpack you’re not paying for anything, as you’re only using the free version of Jetpack.
