which plan is best?

    We are a nonprofit organization for a middle school band. We would like to accept payments for a variety of things and also set up our own fundraiser online. But we do not have a lot of money to spend on monthly recurring cost. Therefore, what plan would work for us with the least amount of cost.
    Things we would sell. Instrument rental fee, Products such as books, stands, reeds to be distributed to the student in school and we would like to create a simple fundraiser where students could sell holiday ornaments, collect order information and payment and we would distribute the buttons to the students in school once fundraiser was completed. However, as an extra bonus we would love the opportunity to ship ornaments out of state (Only within US) if needed.

    For a fully-fledged shopping cart (useful for selling ornaments and managing the orders and fulfillment) I’d recommend the Business or eCommerce plan. These are generally paid once per year. And, I’m sure you’re aware but just to be clear, the shipping would not be included with that, but you could set up your cart to manage shipping prices for you.

    If you’ll just have one type of ornament and a flat-rate shipping set up, you might be able to get away with using the Premium plan, as it does have a simple payment system built into it:

    Just note that would not include a cart system.
