Which plan is best for online magazine?

    Really want to make a good online magazine for millennial political views, but not sure which plan is best. Inclined to go with business just because it is tops and I want this to look really good and legit, but is Premium good enough? And if I go with Premium for now, how easy is it to upgrade to Business if I decide to later?
