Which plan/setup do I need?

  I am looking to purchase a domain name and will get it hosted. I wish to create the website using wordpress and am considering using the astra theme.

  However I only see a few themes (no astra theme) when I click on ‘appearance’ and then ‘themes’. Do I need to use a paid version of wordpress to see more themes? If so, which is the cheapest option in which to do so?

  In order to install themes, the site would need to be on the business plan.

  We do have monthly options available as well as yearly options as seen here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
