It really depends on how you’d like to do this.
If you already have a podcast hosted at a podcasting service, you can embed it into your site using the podcast player block as suggested above.
Or if you don’t have a podcast yet, but your audio files are hosted online, you can embed the files on your site using our Audio block, and serve your podcast directly from your site.
Both of these are possible on our free plan.
If you want to host your audio files directly on the site as well, i.e. upload them to the media library, then you’ll need at least the Personal Plan.
For options 2 and 3 we have a detailed guide on how to get your podcast up and running, and how to get the podcast feed which you can then submit to services like Pocket Casts, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc, here:
