Which plan to buy?

  I wanna try making an online store to sell videos and / or merchandise and need to be able to have customers log in to access the videos they paid for. Which plan should I choose? I also want users to be able to upload their own videos for administrator to review. I want the cheapest price… Should I do premium or Business plan? I want to be able to have customers pay for their account.
