  I’m trying to find out which social sharing plugin is used on the Twentyfourteen demo. Do any of you know its name or where I can find it?

  It’s the Sharing feature built into WordPress.com:

  Add Social Share Buttons

  The same feature is available for self-hosted WordPress sites by activating Jetpack’s Sharing module:
