Which plugin to support submitting a service request form and track the process

  Need a plugin to have the following functions:

  1. Create a service request form;
  2. Automatically generate request service number when the user submit the request;
  3. Change the request process status in backend;
  4. In frontend, the user can track the service request status with the service request number.
