Which plugins I don't need and are slowing website?

I have a list of plugins I use for my website. Here are some:
1) AdSense Integration WP QUADS (for Ads integration)
2) Akismet Anti-Spam (Comments)
3. Arqam Lite (Social Plugins)
4. Classic Editor (I really hate the new Gutenberg)
5. Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights (for Google analytics linking)
6. Insert Headers and Footers (deactivated) (for inserting some codes in header and footer)
7. Jetpack by WordPress.com (All-rounder)
8. Let’s Review (for review schema)
9. Redirection (to add redirections of 404 pages)
10. SG Optimizer (My host’s WP optimizer)
11. Shortcodes Ultimate (I don’t find any wide shortcodes in WP so I use this)
12. TablePress (For creating tables)
13. Wordfence Security (checking login attempts, Firewall, restrictions, etc.)
14. WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache (for delete old junk)
15. WPForms Lite (for contact forum, if one can make a forum without plugin please let me know)
16. Yoast SEO (of course on-page and off-page SEO)Let me know if I need to reduce the no.of plugins I use on WordPress website. I really prefer WordPress default options and features. Let me know if in any way I can reduce some of these plugins or if these are fine to use.
