Which Template is most popular? Most support? Most tutorials?
-
I’ve had my WordPress blog for a month or so. I chose the Quentin template, and have changed much of the CSS code, even though I’m clueless.
I later discovered that the author of Quentin template does not support or take questions about it.
I feel that I want to change Templates, but now, I want to choose wisely, and choose the one that’s the most used, and most talked about, and the most supported, ie, Easy to get answers about how to change it.
Is there a “ranking by popularity or use” of Templates?
Thank you.

Staff would be the only one’s who would know how many are using each template – if anyone.
Off topic, do you know how incredibly irritating I find it when a blog site maximizes my browser window on me? Since it irritates me, I very seldom visit sites that do that.

dlager,
thanks for the note back. it’s

paying for an upgrade is not a problem; i just didn’t if it was even possible, once the blog was set up and running.
i just thought it would be an easy answer, something like “Oh, the template I see the most is generally ___________, and you see lots of discussions and answers about how to be implement it”.
thanks.

To my way of thinking, what theme is going to be best for the material you are presenting? The theme should serve the material. If you are going to be making changes to the theme with the CSS upgrade, then look for a theme with an underlying structure that works with your material. Then you can style it when you get the upgrade so it presents your material in its best light.
