Which theme? .org or .com??? Help please

  I need to create a new blog that needs email collection (we paste in the code),
  social network links, custom header and menu.

  It would be nice if we can paste in a pay button also…

  Do we need. org or .com?
  Which theme will be good for this?

  We want something clean looking, 2 or 3 columns.
  Please help, we are new to all this.

  As for collecting email addys: there is no automatic way to do that here. There are email subscriptions, and contact forms, but no way to automatically generate an email list.
