Which theme should I use to get a blog like in this picture?

I’m looking for the best theme to start with to get a blog that looks almost like this:

I’ve just startet reading about html and css, so since I’m not that experienced yet I hope to find a theme that is as close to this picture as possible, so that I don’t have to use more time than necessary trying to customize it.. Hope some of you can help me! :) -
The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes, create child themes or our own themes or edit templates.

The theme footer has the theme credit links to the theme’s designer in it but the screenshot you posted does not display them. I do not recognize that themes as being one of the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

You are right, this theme in the picture does not exist. We’ve just made it as a picture. We’re looking for a theme that is the best to start with, and then customize it so it looks like the picture i posted :)

And btw- I want the top photos to continuously switch between 4-5 different photos
What you want and what you can create may be two different things. Know that you cannot use CSS editing to change how any theme here is designed to function. It can be used only for appearance changes and that’s it.
There are themes that have featured post sliders for posts, not pages with featured images. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/post-slider/ In most of the themes with featured post sliders, visitors have to click to advance the slider to the next featured post. But some themes have a featured post slider that automatically advances: Debut, Currents, Linen, On Demand, Modularity Lite. (the first 4 are premium themes) and the last one is a free theme. Sight is also a free theme with an auto-advancing post slider.
