Which theme to use for HR recruitment , learning site

  Could you help on this ?
  I am looking for a theme which can be more suitable for Recruitment site

  WordPress.com is not the right software to do that. I believe you will be better served by hiring a web host and setting up your own WordPress.ORG software install. See: moving to self hosted wordpress https://move.wordpress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   Thanks for you response. for recruiting, HR categories I will use (.org).

  What about Services (logistics, maintenance, cars rental ) Any idea
  on which wordpress.com theme I can use
