Which themes have their own settings and options?

How can I search/ or find out which themes have their own options and settings? If I remember, the theme Big Brother might have been one, but I see it’s been retired.
Graphene and Graphene Plus is an example, but I am curious to find more. Thanks.

Hi, thanks! I know where to find the themes. What I’m asking is how do I find or search for the themes that have their own build in setting options for colors and page width and such? What keywords would I use? Or do I just have to go through and open each and every theme to find out?
